Prior to going to see Dr. Martial I had on going dental discomfort, unattractive metal fillings,cavities, and crooked teeth with a very wide open bite, a significant space between my upper and lower front teeth. Upon going to see Dr. Martial digital images were taken of my teeth. Cavities and underlying infections were detected. My dental discomfort was gradually eliminated with each visit. Cavities were filled, old metal fillings were taken out and replaced with enamel. A root canal was also done. What most surprised me about Dr. Marcial's dental care was that she was able to perfectly align my teeth and close the open bite I embarrassingly had to display every day of my life until she put me on an Invisiline treatment. She then whitened my teeth. I would have never imagined I would have such a wonderful smile finally at the age of 77. Thank you Dr. Marcial!

The best! Both Dr and entire staff including front desk (might be the nicest person on earth). I’m 34yr female and visibly a lesbian. No judgements and I shared with them my major fears from past experiences. Previous dentists have been a nightmare and painful. But once I expressed why and my extreme sensitivity to pain, they completed an overdue teeth cleaning (+3yrs my fault). Listened, understood, and they executed flawlessly with experience ZERO pain and discomfort. I can’t even stand paper cuts. I was so excited once completed with the first cleaning and xray scans, that I agreed to come back 5 days after for overdue fill ins (again that’s my fault). Round 2: Dr asked me my preference, worst to least for fill ins. We chose worst. Best part - she could tell I was anxious and I barely felt anything- definitely zero pain and discomfort. And she repeatedly reminded me to let her know if I felt pain making me not feel bad especially when your mouth is wide open. I’ve lived in NYC for 34 years and never met a Dentist and staff so clean, kind, and professional. As long as I live here, I will never go to another dentist again. She even fixed my chipped tooth I’ve had since I was 5 yrs old - she is the first and only dentist to notice +fixed which now makes me realize the lack of care from my previous dentists.

Hands down the best dentist I have ever seen. I wish I would’ve found her much younger I could’ve avoided a lot of issues. Dr. Marcial is gentle, patient, understanding, and a master of her craft. You will not regret your visit!

Dr. Marcial is hands down the best dentist ever. She’s meticulous. A perfectionist. I appreciate all the care she has given me. I always leave her office very pleased and look forward to my appointments. As a child I dreaded going to the dentist, but she changed that feeling for me. Unfortunately my insurance has changed so she is out of network for me now, but I wouldn’t use anyone else but her for any invasive procedures/cosmetics even if it means paying out of pocket. "My Root Canal Experience: From Fear to Pleasant" I am Antonio Valencia, of Queens New York. My wife and I have been very satisfied and secure dental patients of Dr. Maria Marcial, for many years. But this week was the first time I had to have a Root Canal done by Dr. Marcial. I must admit I felt nervous at first. Hearing numerous "scary" experiences of root canal from others did not help at all. But Dr. Marcial was very calming, patient,reassuring during the procedure. Walking me through the process, explaining what she was doing the whole time. Making sure I was at ease. All the while i could sense her skill and preciseness. The amazing thing was after the anesthesia was placed on me, the procedure became more and more, PLEASANT! The Procedure was over and the "Fear" I first felt turned to "Pleasantness". I'm a Grateful Patient. I really would like more people to experience the expertise, warmth and care of Dr. Maria Marcial. She "takes away" the fear and anxiety of having dental work done on us.
